I have a confession to make, I’m in deep deep love with this Tuscan Cheese Dip, like I’m planning to eat this every day kind of in love. Becuase this tastes like if pasta sauce got mixed with the creaminess of cheese and then served with some sun-dried tomatoes and a sprinkle of parmesan. This my friends, is meant to be enjoyed with toasted crusty bread drizzled with just a hint of olive oil. Oh my.
For me, the reason why this is so delicious is because we are only using high-quality ingredients that are packed with flavor on their own. When you’re cooking something as simple as a dip where each ingredient is shining, you need to make sure that you are bringing the best to the table.
So we are using some parmesan cheese fresh from the farmers market along with some fresh farm made mozzarella and cream cheese, but what really makes this recipe so good is the tomato sauce, oh my gosh friend the tomato sauce!! Can we please talk about it for a hot second?

5 Ingredients Tuscan Cheese Dip
- 2 Cups Mezetta Marinara in Italian Pum Tomato
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 Cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/4 Cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 Cup sun dried tomatoes
- In a saucepan over medium heat mix the mozzarella cheese with the cream cheese and mix until melted.
- Add the Mezetta Marinara in Italian Pum Tomato and mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Take to a bowl and top with the sun-dried tomato and the parmesan cheese. You can also add some spring onion.
- Serve with toasted crusty bread and enjoy.
