Hey! So today I’m bring you pumpkin pie cupcakes
Yep you read that right
they are cupcakes, but taste like pumpkin pie
actually they taste more like pumpkin pie peanut butter,
oh my gosh this is going to be a mind blowing post I guarantee it
But I would try to keep things short and sweet while also explaining how this delicious creature came to life (and by delicious creature I actually mean pumpkin pie cupcakes but roll with me)
So it all started when I got in the mail a box of peanut butter, you know your life is pretty awesome when you get peanut butter in the mail!!!
and then I ate everything, because apparently I have no self control when it comes to peanut butter
but before finishing all the jars it occurred to me that I should do something awesome with them
something baked, and something in the shape of a cupcake and something with
FROSTING!
But since I have already made peanut butter cupcakes I didn’t want to repeat the exact same recipe all over again
so instead of using the traditional flavor I used the pumpkin spice flavor
Yes there is peanut butter out there that tastes like pumpkin spice (but for me it tastes exactly like pumpkin pie!)
No it’s not an unicorn or a creation of your dreams
and yes is the most delicious thing in the world
Its made with real pumpkins and a lot of spices and it just tastes like heaven, also it’s pretty cool that I can make something taste like pumpkin pie without you know baking an actual pie.
The Brand I’m using is Peanut Butter & Co (which by the way has the cutest web name in the world, ilovepeanutbutter.com )
but you can use your favorite brand and add a dash of pumpkin spice and some canned pumpkin pie filling (a couple more steps) and call it a day
Or call them pumpkin pie cupcakes (bad joke)
For the frosting I used the traditional vanilla frosting that I shared a couple of weeks ago + some pumpkin spice because well
because fall
and for the cupcakes I followed the same recipe that I shared on my peanut butter cupcakes
but the new awesome mind blowing fact is that I filled them with the hugest ever tablespoon of pumpkin pie peanut butter
it was like a peanut butter explosion
but cuter
So enough talking lets get eating

- Peanut butter cupcakes batter
- 6 Tablespoons pumpkin spice peanut butter
- Vanilla frosting
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- Before baking the peanut butter cupcakes and once they batter is poured in the liners place 1 Tablespoon of pumpkin pie peanut butter in the center of each one
- Cover it with more batter so the peanut butter is covered.
- Take for 15 minutes or until done
- Take out of the oven and let them cool
- Frost and enjoy
