How to make cupcakes stuffed with caramel. These cupcakes are a caramel explosion and so easy to make you are not going to believe it!! |
  • ¾ Cup flour
  • ½ Cup sugar
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ Cup water
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • ¼ Cup butter
  • 6 Caramels
  • Vanilla frosting
  • Sprinkles
  • Caramel Syrup
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cupcake pan with 12 cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl mix the butter and the sugar, and the vanilla and the egg and continue mixing.
  3. In 2 additions add the flour, baking powder and water and mix until the batter is shinny.
  4. Divide the batter between the 6 cupcake liners and take to the oven.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until done.
  6. Stuff them with a caramel. Place the caramel in the center of the cupcake and press slightly.
  7. Let them cool until they are no longer hot to the touch
  8. Whip up the frosting, decorate and add sprinkles and syrup
