How to make lemon cake that comes out perfectly every time! Seriously guys so EASY and DELICIOUS!
  • ½ Cup butter
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • ⅛ Cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp lemon zest
  • 2 Tsps baking powder
  • 1¼ Cups flour
  • ½ Cup milk
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl mix the sugar and the butter until fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and mix for 30 seconds. Add the yolks and continue whipping it up.
  4. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest and mix for 30 seconds more.
  5. Add half of the flour and mix, add the milk and continue mixing.
  6. Incorporate the rest of the flour and the baking powder and mix for 1 minute.
  7. Pour the batter in the cake pan and take to the oven. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
