Sea Salt Chocolate Granola - Superfood Healthy Breakfast
 
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups oats
  • ½ Cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ Cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ Cup pepitas
  • ⅓ Cup raw sugar
  • ¼ Cup walnuts
  • ⅓ Cup maple syrup
  • ½ Chup dark chocolate chunks
  • Sprinkle of sea salt
Instructions
  1. ┬┤Preheat the oven to 350 degrees,
  2. In a bowl mix the oats, coconut, sunflower seeds, pepitas, walnuts and raw sugar.
  3. Add the maple syrup and mix until well incorporated.
  4. Spread in a baking pan and take to the oven. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, add the chocolate chunks and bake for another 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt and let it cool.
