I have a little confession to make, this is the first year ever that I decide to make fudge.
So being the sprinkle lover that I am I went with a birthday cake fudge, and after being a huge success, making 3 more batches and eating way too much at once – and yes it was the best plan ever, who needs a night out when you have fudge? – I decided to document the whole process, take actual measurements and share my (delicious and highly addictive) experiments here.
And that means this post is entirely dedicated to only 1 thing. How to make birthday cake fudge, but you know super easily and with almost no ingredients at all.
I really can’t understand why it took me so long to try to make fudge at home.
The process is so simple and you probably already have the ingredients lying around, and if you don’t happen to have them they are super duper shoppable in the supermarket – or convenience store at 3 am after a huge burst of fudge cravings, I don’t judge – and it takes so little active time that it’s like mind blowing (in a sweet and full of sprinkles kind of way)
Seriously, this is so good and so easy, that I need you to get up from the computer and make it right now
because white chocolate + condensed milk + sprinkles = unicorn dreams
And we all know that you can’t say no to unicorn dreams.
How to make birthday cake fudge
Pretty simple, gather all your ingredients
1. White chocolate chips (I used white baking chips from NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE)
2. Condensed milk
3. Sprinkles
Mix the chocolate and the condensed milk in the stove until everything is a melty ~dream~ pour in a pan, sprinkle your heart out and you are all set.
See? you now know how to make birthday cake fudge, and it’s so so so easy I can’t really believe I’m calling this a recipe.
Once it hardens, remove it from the pan and hide them from the rest of your family so you don’t have to share.
Just kidding
(actually not)
Once they are all set keep them in a cool place or the fridge.
You can also use it as a birthday cake bar topping, or sandwich it between 2 cookies (thank me later).
And that’s it! Easy peasy simple pimple.
If this is your first time ever making fudge, or if you like easy recipes, or if anything with sprinkles makes your heart happy make sure to pin this tutorial baby, your fudge loving self is going to be thankful.
