One Bowl Halloween Cupcakes

It’s fall right ? So that means that Halloween is around the corner, which takes me One Bowl Halloween cupcakes

I know, I know we are still in September

and Fall juuuuust started (btw have you tried this recipe? is fall in a bite!)

but hey in one month or so is Halloween  and I like to be prepared

with cupcakes

with one bowl Halloween cupcakes

that are basically cupcakes that get ready using only one bowl, yup for mixing the batter AND the frosting

that is pretty amazing if you ask me

look if you are a dish washing hater like me you probably already know the importance of having recipes that require as little cleaning as possible, I’ve been know to plan meal around the number of pans that are going to get used and I am guilty of eating way to more times than I’m comfortable to share eating on said pans to avoid cleaning more (oh my gosh that sounds disgusting)

but baking, baking is pretty dirty most of the times my friends.

you need one bowl, and another bowl a complete set of measuring cups, and the the baking pan, and then a spatula and the mixed and a spoon and the bowl for the frosting and the pipping bag and…

you got the point.

so obviously being the eating from the pan lady that I am I had to change that

enter here one bowl Halloween cupcakes

You only need one cup, one bowl, a spoon, and a pipping bag (and a pan but since you are using cupcake liners you can kind of sort of get away with not washing it, just don’t tell anybody that I told you that)

This cupcakes are seriously easy and are here to rescue you from your nightmares and take you to Halloween land a place where pumpkins are pink,  there are no dishes to wash and cupcakes get ready fast, and where you can go treat or treating not matter how old are you and without looking creepy. One ticket please!!

So how can we possibly make this one bowl Halloween cupcakes in only one bowl and without dying for something raw and uncooked? Well pretty easy first we whip up the frosting, then we transfer it to a pipping bag and then in the same frosting bowl we mix the cupcakes and voila!! magic

Now this cupcakes are vanilla perfect and topped with more vanilla frosting with a few drops of orange food coloring, so they pair perfectly well with all the chocolates that pop in our houses around Halloween time

oh and they take something around 15 minutes to get ready, plus a bit more of time for cooling but you can be watching this while they cool down and I mean goats, no one can feel the time passing when they are watching baby goats in pajamas (yup this is the second time that I talk about them, and a crazy goat lady apparently)

So one bowl, fast, extremely delicious and adorably orange? Yes please

Ya es otoño cierto? Osea qaue eso significa que Halloween esta a la vuelta de la esqina, lo que me lleva a  One Bowl Halloween cupcakes

Lo se lo se, apenas estamos en septiembre

y Otoño apeeeeenas acaba de empezar (por cierto han probado esta receta? Es otoño en un mordisquito) )

pero hey en un mes o algo asi es Halloween  y me gusta estar preparada

son básicamente cupcakes que solo necesitan un bowl para prepararse, si para hacer la mezcla YYYY el frosting

eso es mega genial si me preguntan

es que mira, si eres una persona que detesta lavar los platos como yo, ya sabes laimportancia de tener recetas a mano que requieran la minima cantidad de limpieza posible. De hecho yo soy conocida por planear las comidas alrededor de que tantas ollas y sartenes usan y definitivamente soy culpcable de comer mas veces de las que me siento comoda admitiendo en dichas sartenes para no tener que limpiar mas (oh mi Dios eso suena super mal)

Y realmente es que hornear es super sucio

necesitas un bowl, y otro bowl, y un montón de tazas de medir, y el molde para hornear, y otro bowl para el frosting, y la manga pastelera, y una espatula, y una cuchara, y la batidora y…

tu entiendes

asi que obviamente siento la señorita qeu come de las sartenes tenia que cambiar eso porque no hay manera posible en la que vaya a ensuciar tanto

y aqui es donde entran los one bowl Halloween cupcakes

Solo necesitas una taza, un bowl, una manga pastelera y una cuchara (y un molde de cupcakes pero como ya les estas poniendo capacillos si eliges unos grandes puedes escaparte sin lavarla, solo no le digas a nadie que yo te dije eso)

Estos cupcakes son verdaderamente fáciles y estan aquí para rescatarte de tus pesadillas y llevarte a la tierra de Halloween, donde todas als calabzas son rosadas, no hay platos que lavar y los cupcakes se hacen rapido, y donde puedes seguir pidiendo dulces puerta puerta aunque seas mayos disfrazado de unicornio/superheroe/hadita anonima etc sin que nadie te vea raro. Un ticket por favor!!

Entonces como podemos hacer estos one bowl Halloween cupcakes sin morir en el intento atacados por algo curdo? Super facil el seceto esta en hacer primero el frosting, llevarlo a la manga pastelera y luego en ese mismo bolw batir todo. y voila!!! es magia

Ahora estos cupcakes son de vainilla y con frosting de vainilla ligeramente coloreado con unas gotitas de colorante de alimentos, asi qeu son el acompañante perfecto para las bolsas enormes de chocolates y caramelos que siempre lestan rondando nuestras casa alredor de estas fechas

ooh y ademas toman como unos 5 minutos en estar listos, mas un poquitot de tiempo mientras esperas que se enfriee pero puedes ver este video mientras, porque osea son cabritas bebe en pijamas!!! nadie se da cuenta que el tiempo pasa cuando esta viendo cabritas bebe en pijamas

Entonces un bowl, rapido, super rico y adorablemente naraja? Si por favor!

One Bowl Halloween Cupcakes
Para 12 One Bowl Halloween Cupcakes

1½ Taza harina
1 Taza azúcar
½ Taza mantequilla
½ Taza agua
1 Cdta polvos de hornear
1 Huevo
2 Yemas
1 Cdta vainilla
Forsting de vanilla
2 gotas de colorante naranja

Precalienta el horno a 80 gados C. Coloca 12 capacillos/capsulas en una bandeja de cupcakes
En un bowl prepaa el fosting, cuando este listo llevalo a una manga pastelera
En el mismo bowl mezcla todos los ingredientes, bate por 4 minutos.
Divide la mezcla entre los 12 capacillos
Lleva la bandeja al horno y horena por 15 minutos o hasta que esten listos
Retiralos del horno y dejalos enfriar
Decora, sirve y disfruta
