Small Batch Brownies in 15 Minutes

15 Minutes Small Batch Brownies

I have something to confess, I’m the worst remembering special days, really the worst.

I can never get myself to remember my anniversaries or even birthdays, basically just any day that normal people celebrate, well I just forget about them, all of them.

It’s a cycle you know? Try to remember it, forget about it and then feel guilty and sad.

On the flip side feeling like this always spark something, you know to feel less crappy and more like a proper adult that actually can remember more than breathing, so these brownies are the result of that spark.

Because I never remember a thing, and being caught empty handed is literally THE WORST, I baked small batch brownies, and then just did it again, and again (Britney Speers style).

I made them so many times, that finally, I got the perfect recipe, so perfect that they get you out of any tricky/awkward situation.

I could name them awkward brownies haha but that would be weird right?

Also, you can make them in 15 minutes and they are small batch.

Let me say that again, 15 minutes small-batch brownies.

That means, that 15 minutes from now you could have 2 servings of the most delicious brownie ever.

That’s not awkward at all, that’s great!

I mean, let’s go to imagination-land for a few minutes: You just realized it’s your anniversary and have literally nothing prepared? Brownies.

Someone is coming to visit you and you have nothing to offer? Brownies.

Someone gave you a gift and you have nothing in return? Brownies!

And obviously, they are great too for more normal everyday kind of situations, like you want a treat, but it’s like midnight, and there is nothing in your pantry that seems eatable? Brownies.

You are stuck in the middle of a Netflix binge with nothing to eat? (the struggle is real, you guys!) Brownies.

You want to bake something but the idea of a large pan looking at you after you stuff your face with the first 2 slices makes you double think? Brownies.

And obviously, my favorite of all thinking about having to wait for more that half an hour for a dessert is  like the worst? Yeah, you guessed, its brownies!!!

15 Minutes Small Batch Brownies

I can’t think of a situation where this small-batch brownies made in 15 minutes would not come in handy, not one tiny tiny one. Zero, Nada.

Now let’s talk about taste, because that’s important too.

They are the real deal, just like normal full of chocolate goodness brownies.

And we don’t use any chocolate, just cocoa, and a bunch of ingredients that I’m 100% sure are right now in your pantry.

And also, you can adjust them to fit your dietary preferences.

For example, if you are vegan just switch the yolks for water (they will rise a bit less).

If you are following a sugar-free diet you can use some cup for cup sweetener or if you can’t eat gluten just substitute flour for your favorite GF mix.

Anyhow, I don’t know why I keep talking, because you need to make these small batch brownies NOW, like for yesterday

This is the vanilla frosting recipe that I used to decorate them.

15 Minutes Small Batch Brownies

Small-batch Brownies.

¿Te dieron un regalo y tu no tenias nada preparado? Small-batch Brownies.

No comes gluten?
