Summer Plans: Ice Cream Social

I consider myself an ice cream connoisseur, which basically means that I love to eat ice cream all day every day (I mean who doesn’t love that?!). So when I was approached by my friends at Baskin-Robins to try their new Warm Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich I jumped at the opportunity like if there was no tomorrow, and you know what? You should totally jump over there to try it by yourself because it’s SO GOOD!!

Like get all in my face and let me ask for another one type of good.

First, let’s please talk about the cookies, the cookies are pure love, they are soft and chewy and warm, like “I just took this out of the oven” warm which made the whole experience a million times better. And since the cookies are warm and soft they literally hug the ice cream that’s in the middle. For the cookies, I asked for one of the cookies to be Double Fudge and OMG I fell in love. The great thing is that they have multiple cookie flavors to pick from and you can mix and match them. My favorites are Dark Chocolate Chunk, Double Fudge, Peanut Butter Chocolate and White Chunk Macadamia (I’m dying to go back and try the White Chunk Macadamia paired with the Chunk Chocolate chunk one!!).

We really need to talk about the ice cream,

If you’ve been to Baskin-Robins before then you know that the most difficult thing ever is picking one ice cream flavor. They have so many options and each one of them looks more delicious than the last one. In case you haven’t been there here’s a screenshot of some of their flavors.

I mean just look at them, that’s waaaay too much deliciousness.

I went with Oreo Cookies and Cream ice cream just because I’m literally obsessed with anything cookies and cream and it was the best decision ever. Two warm chewy cookies sandwiching a cool creamy ice cream is just my definition of perfect summer food.

You can also top them with any of their toppings so the combinations are pretty much endless. I went with some friends and they asked for scoops of the other ice creams offered at Baskin-Robbins so it was pretty much a laid back ice cream social.
