I know I’m in love ith almost every sweet under the sun but guys these brownie cookies’ Oh my gosh they are next level good, because they are not only the most delicious chocolate thing you are going to eat in your entire life but they are one of the most easy recipes you are going to be baking in your entire life, yes they are THAT good and yes they are THAT easy, hey that’s why I named them the easiest brownie cookies (I’m not that creative or witty)
I have been dreaming with this recipe for A LOT of time, since reading this Brownie Cookies recipe on Martha Stewart, I wanted something crunchy, chewy and chocolaty but it also needed to be extremely easy and fast.
I don’t have the patience to wait for 726482364 hour for the cookies to cool down in the fridge, and when I want to eat cookies I want to just throw everything in a bowl and call it a day (while feeling extremely homemaker fro baking my own cookies) + most of the times I crave brownies and cookies at the exact same time.
Also, and they are serious crowd pleaseres, hubby ate an entire cookie pan just as it came out of the oven, my friends that ate them couldn’t stop raving about them and asking for the recipe and when I made them live on Snapchat with all of you (btw if you are not following you totally should) you guys sent me so many pictures of your perfect freshly baked brownie cookies telling me that they were the bomb. So yeah, the easiest brownie cookies have a lot of bragging rights
