Cabbage
The cabbage is a large plant whose leaves form a tightly packed head. It forms the characteristic round structure that may be headed or loose-headed . The cabbage head generally has a white (light green in red cabbages) core of tightly folded leaves that resemble the shape of an elongated globe.
