Well the day has come to rate all the salads Wawa has to offer. This was a difficult task because believe it or not they have a wide range of options to pick from.
Ready to go salads
Let’s start with their ready to go salads. These are the ones you can grab from their refrigerators to pick when you are in a hurry.
The garden salad is heir signature salad honestly. It’s also one of the most nutritious options they have making it a great way to eat healthier if you are on the go. Their garden salad is also really flavorful and I really liked it.
It comes with a mixed greens and lettuce, carrots, grape tomatoes that are super sweet and juicy, red onions thinly sliced, sliced cucumber, croutons to give it a nice crunchy and also some feta cheese that’s perfectly salty.
It comes with a Balsamic vinaigrette that’s also really good and ties all the salad flavors together.
These might be a little bit biased because I just love Cobb salads too much. It has around 300 calories per serving and it comes with chicken and bacon. The bacon is really good.
It comes with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken breast, crispy bacon, egg, blue cheese (hello I love it), cabbage, carrots, and a creamy dressing.
Turkey BLT salad
This is not my first choice when I go to Wawa for salads but it’s also really good! It has around 250 calories per serving so it’s a really low cal option.
This one has a combo of iceberg and romaine lettuce (not a huge fan of iceberg lettuce I feel it’s just crispy water), thinly sliced turkey breast, grape tomatoes, cheddar cheese and bacon.
Chicken Caesar salad
A Caesar salad is a staple. But I feel it’s not where they shine to be honest. Wawa’s Caesar salad has around 500 calories per serving so it’s quite a lot compared to otehr options but still pretty healthy for a lunch.
It has romaine lettuce, diced chicken, garlic croutons, parmesan cheese and of course a Caesar dressing.
The chef salad also comes with a lot of ingredients so it’s a fun option to try! It comes with romaine and iceberg lettuce, egg, ham, Swiss cheese, turkey breast, carrots and grape tomatoes. It also has around 270 calories per serving.

Freshly made salads
Did you know Wawa offers freshly made salads? Yes! They do. While they don’t have this option available at all locations they are one of my favorite things to order since you are literally getting a really good salad made in front of your eyes.
Wawa’s freshly made salads are available for lunch, dinner or as a snack and you can customize it to have whatever you are craving at the moment (or to remove something you don’t like).
Crispy chicken BLT salad
Crispy chicken BLT salad is probably of of my favorite Wawa salads! It’s also one of the highest calorie options at more than 650 calories per serving but it’s totally worth it.
It has romaine lettuce, breaded and crispy chicken that’s really good and seasoned, grape tomatoes, Vermont white cheddar cheese that’s perfectly sharp and salty, ciabatta croutons that are perfectly crispy, Applewood smoked bacon and a zesty Ranch dressing that’s to die for.

Grilled chicken Caesar
Just like with their garden salad I reviewed the grilled chicken Caesar salad on top. it’s not my favorite but it’s also a really good option too if you like Caesar salad. I just feel that Wawa has more fun options to try.
Southwest chicken salad
Wawa’s Southwest chicken salad is also a great option! It’s made with romaine lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, black beans, spicy fried jalapeños, salsa and a chipotle ranch dressing that’s really good.
However the downside is that it also have more than 700 calories per serving making it one of the highest calorie options on this list.
I reviewed this salad on top in case you want to check out what ingredients it has and the nutritional information. I honestly really like ti, it’s low calorie and also has a lot of different ingredients so I find it fun to eat.
Wawa’s chicken salad is good, is really low calorie but it’s just not hte best option you can pick from their menu. it’s not that’s bad tho, it’s that they have better options like the crispy chicken salad of the Cobb salad.
This one comes with chicken salad (think a chicken and mayo paste like mix), cucumber and grape tomatoes as well as lettuce.
The tuna salad is the seafood variation to the chicken salad. It’s not bad but it’s just that I’m not a huge fan of seafood salads. It’s made with tuna salad (think a paste of tuna and mayo paste like mix), croutons, cucumber slices, grape tomatoes and lettuce.
Turkey bacon ranch
I actually love this salad! It has around 330 calories per serving and comes with oven roasted turkey that’s really good, grape tomatoes, Applewood smoked bacon, sliced red onion and a super creamy Ranch dressing.
The Antipasto salad it’s really good and really different to what we are used to find at fast food places so I really like it!
It’s made with grape tomatoes, a green mix of romaine, mizuna, radichio and more leafy greens (so it feels really fresh), hot pepper, fresh asiago cheese, and Italian cured meats cooked. It also comes with a light Balsamic vinaigrette that’s REALLY good.
