- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Almond flour
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
- 1 Pound cheese curds
In a large bowl whisk together the almond flour with the garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
In a separate bowl beat the egg.
Dip each cheese curd in the egg and coat with the almond flour. Transfer to the air fryer basket.
Spray with oil and air fry for 5 to 7 minutes at 400 degrees until golden and crispy.
