Matcha Ice Cream Recipe [No Machine!]
This matcha ice cream recipe is incredibly light and creamy using only 3 ingredients. Best of all? You don't need an ice cream machine to make it.

- 1 Can sweetened condensed milk cold
- 2 Cups heavy cream cold
- 2 Tablespoons powdered matcha
In a bowl whip up the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Slowly pour in the condensed milk and continue beating for 2 minutes.
Add the matcha and whip up until incorporated.
Pour the mix into a pan and cover with plastic wrap. Take to the freezer for 5 hours.
