Instructions
Place a baking pan in the air fryer basket and preheat to 350 degrees for around 2 to 3 minutes or until the pan is hot.
While the air fryer is preheating, beat the eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
Take the air fryer basket out and spray the pan liberally with cooking spray. Pour the eggs into the pan and take bake to the air fryer.
Cook for 3 minutes, take out and with the help of a spoon, scramble. Return and cook for 1 to 2 more minutes or until done.
