Cracker Barrel Blueberry Pancake Recipe

- 2 Cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 Cup granulated sugar
- 2 Teaspoons baking powder
- 2 Teaspoons baking soda
- 1 3/4 Cup buttermilk
- 1/3 Cup butter melted
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cup blueberries
In a bowl whisk together the flour with the granulated sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
Add the buttermilk, melted butter and eggs and with the help of a spatula stir until just combined. Add the blueberries and stir into the batter.
Preheat a griddle over medium low heat. Spread with butter.
Pour 1/3 Cup batter and cook for 3 minutes or until small bubbles form on top. Flip and cook for 1 more minute or until golden brown.
Repeat the process with the rest fo the batter.
